We have confirmed that typo has occurred on the underside of the IZ*ONE light stick handle that we have sold since August 11, 2020, therefore please read the compensation procedure as below.

Details: reproduce and re-sending the light stick handle (the product will be delivered according to the existing order information without any recall)

recipient: Customers who purchased through Interpark or Withdrama from August 11 to August 24, 2020.

(This only includes customers whose invoice has been already printed or the product is already being shipped, September pre-orders will be shipped with normal one.)

Typo: OFF THE RECODE(before) → OFF THE RECORD(after)

4) Delivery date: Sequential delivery from September 8, 2020
