I have previously ordered Seventeen merchandise and every time the items have come safely and in brand new condition. For season greetings 2020, I recieved frayed edges on the pocket calendar and on the mini posters. Including on the planner,some of the edges got curled and one page has a small tear. This has nothing to do with seventeen as a group, but disappointed in the production process and manufacturer to release damaged goods to Carats.

    Spam Even with a late response, I was able to receive a new, unopened season greetings, with no cost to me. I'm thankful that they helped me get a new product and sent as soon as possible.
