I opened up my package today and checked on the items. I had received 14 out of the 15 items I purchased. The size 11 concert ring by Jihyo was missing. I am really sad because it was one of the items I was looking forward to the most. I don't know if it went missing during packaging/shipment because it was so small, but I feel like I got cheated out of nearly 50USD. I took a picture of my order and everything after unpacking. I'm hoping there's some way I can get a refund or get another ring shipped out if that's even possible. But for now, I'm disappointed with my experience.
