Hi please help me find my ordered item. It says it my order status with you that it has been delivered, but in fact it has NOT been DELIVERED yet and I have NOT received the item yet.

When I trace my tracking number EG265710512KR - It didn't show any traces that it arrived in UK already, instead the trace shows and stop in International Post Office Korea since 7th May. Hoping you can help me with this. Thank you.

The shipment takes some time because it arrives at the International Logistics Center on May 7th and there is a large quantity and flight schedule in the logistics center.
You have to wait until the plane leaves.

5/7일 국제물류센터에 도착해있으며, 물류센터에 많은 물량 및 항공기 운항 일정이 정해져 있기때문에 배송이 다소 많은 시간이 소요됩니다.
해당 물품은 항공기 출발되기까지 기다리셔야 합니다.
